1436 Pendrell Street was built in the 1930’s and designed by W.M. Dodd & Co. Architects for owners John Galloway & Sons. William Marshall Dodd designed several residential and commercial buildings throughout western Canada.  For more information on Mr. Dodd please click here.  It is located in Vancouver’s West End district. The building is known as Seafield Apartment. In July 2008, Gordon Nelson Inc. bought this over 75 year old apartment building and as of September 2010 has all the required building, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler permits to complete the restoration and refurbishment of the entire building.
